What is an Apostolic Church?

“I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision” Acts 26:19

The Apostle Paul once persecuted and killed the early Christians. He was ruthlessly invading the Jewish Synagogues in many places, having Christians arrested, and consenting unto their death.

Until Jesus suddenly invaded his life!

On the road to Damascus to arrest and kill more Christians, a bright light appeared out of heaven, blinded Saul (later named Paul)—and as he fell off of his horse he heard the Lord’s voice, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?”

Then Paul’s lifetime purpose was spoken by the Lord, “I am sending you to the Gentiles, to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and an inheritance among those who believe” (Acts 26:17,18).

The Apostle Paul’s calling brought him into many hard places. Five times he was whipped with 39 stripes, three times he was beaten with rods to the point of death, once he was stoned and left for dead—three times he was shipwrecked (2 Corinthians 11:23-28). Still Paul went forward with the “heavenly vision”. Never stopping, never quitting.

In like fashion we have a “heavenly vision”. God has called our church to act "Apostolically” in reaching North Dakota for Jesus. We cannot just “Pastor” people—even though that is extremely important. We must operate in an “Apostolic” anointing to plant more and more churches—and reach more and more people both inside and outside of our city.

An Apostle is someone who is “SENT OUT” with a special message which is confirmed by supernatural powers. According to scripture (1 Corinthians 12:28) the Apostolic anointing and empowerment is to be the primary anointing on each individual church. When the apostolic anointing is primary, new land is continuously taken for God, and the church never ceases to expand its influence in the culture it is placed in.

Our vision for New Life is to expand in Beulah/Hazen this year, and then to strengthen our church plants in Bismarck and Jamestown.

We cannot finish this huge task without your help! Thank you for partnering with us in prayers and our 2017 Breakthrough Offering!

The Lord guaranteed me that this yeareveryone that prays and obeys God and gives a sacrificial offering to fulfilling the “heavenly vision” that he has given us—will experience a supernatural breakthrough in the coming year—for their personal needs to be met

Great Ready for a Great Year!
